Way obscure Private Latin / Modern Soul album with appealing outsider / bedsitter vocals and laid back radio-friendly groove with some funky moves. Smooth ballad "To Me, You're Everything" and oddly depressive "It's So Hard To Find A Woman" are album highlights. No date but I'm guessing late 1970s to early 1980s. Unclear if this Tap Records is related to several other labels with the same name or a different private label. There is also an equally obscure 45 with picture sleeve from the album.
