It comes in a fold-over paper sleeve with a little poster & a "Sarah Records" merchandise insert.

Initial copies came in a sleeve which had a light blue background across the whole sleeve (front and back); later copies (this version) had the blue only within the rectangle on the front of the sleeve (the rest of the sleeve having a white background). The poster that came with the blue-background sleeve copies was printed on slightly textured paper that was thicker than the paper used for later copies.
