The rumor is that the bootlegger was doing a 3LP on Bob Dylan and a re-issue of the The Velvets* - Evil Mothers (Rare Velvets) at the same time and by accident mixed up the matrixes in such a way that the records couldn't be separated and had to be sold as a package deal! The cover of the record is a Bob Dylan cover. A sticker on the front and a small one on the back saying "VELVET DYLAN" seems to confirm this theory.
