Notes
First version (this) with red border and blue labels, but insert as 12 page litho printed and stapled 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" booklet on textured paper, featuring much of the same info/art as the later folded insert, with one page per band, but with the unique feature of a centre spread with band photos. Matrix features the same lesser dead wax run-out information as the lavender version (described elsewhere here as the first version, but which may well be a misprint).Barcode and Other Identifiers
