This disc is a collection of children's stories and songs collected by folklorist Esther Pedreira de Cerqueira (May 20, 1883, Salvador). Throughout its nearly 100 years wrote down the stories and songs "sung by the eternal and anonymous voice of the people". In 1978 published the material in the book 'Folclore Musicado da Bahia', which gave this album.
