This is a tough one to describe. It is a very produced dialog/interview style recording which after having listened to it is likely an HR based endeavour to promote internal morale for the year of 1976 at Labatt's Brewing. Awards are given (comedically) and various descriptions of staff members in a jovial/comical way.

The second side looks like it was pressed for a 78 record player, yet it is completely unplayable.
