Notes

Five different artists each contributed 2 minutes of recording to make a sound collage by randomly cutting and splicing their recordings, manually, with a razor, and a splicing block.

None of the artists had any knowledge of who their fellow tape-mates would be. No computers or software were used in the splicing process, it was done without the aid of digital technology.
