Includes a 16 pp booklet with card cover “available singly – price 2/6d.” Back cover of record states 14 pp but correct pagination is:
[i] – title page, [ii] - blank, 1-13, [i] – blank].
pp 1-5 contain an “appreciation and biography of William Kimber” by Rev. Kenneth Loveless, F. S. A.
p 6 contains “A note about the instrument heard in this recording.”

Two small English Folk Dance and Song Society stickers pasted to the back cover [see photograph].
These small stickers were only pasted on the very first (small issue) run of about 99. Later issues with the same cover have the correct EFDSS logo printed on the sleeves. There is also an issue dating from a couple of years later with the image of William Kimber drawn by EFDSS artist John Crane on a brown background.
