Australian artist Ken Done sued TISM over the original cover of this release, "Australia The Lucky Cunt", which showed a koala sucking a syringe. The CD was withdrawn and re-released with the title "Censored Due To Legal Advice" and a new cover.

This is the first re-reissue under the name 'Censored Due To Legal Advice'. The disc face is black in colour, and is in fact recycled from the original press of 'Australia The Lucky Cunt'. The proof of this can be seen once the disc is examined, and the original artwork can be seen, slightly raised.
