Large clothbound box with solid drawer/bookstyle spine including the large fully illustrated 24-page book from the US box with notes in English, text in Latin/English translation and an additional 4-page French insert.
The "LD.6077-1" and "LD.6077-2" prints on labels come from the US mono issue.

Strangely, the tracks were not pressed in correct order:
Record 1 : "Face I / Face IV" (sides A and D)
Record 2 : "Face II / Face III" (sides B and C)
It is not mislabeled, the matrix numbers on labels confirm a mispress, as the original US version was correctly pressed.
To listen in right order, just play: A, C, D, B.

Book printed by Skira Color Studios in February 1960.
French insert printed by Dehon & Cie Imprimerie in July 1960.
