Original US pressing, with a different label layout than Hotlegs - Thinks School Stinks.

The cover of the US version differs from that of the original UK version. The most conspicuous differences are the absence of the band's name from the top-left corner of the desk (as well as the ruler which sits above it), and the inclusion of the words "NEANDERTHAL MAN" along the top, giving the appearance that this is the band's name. Despite the change in wording on the front cover, Hotlegs is still credited as the artist on the back cover, spine, and both labels.

The front and back cover images are rotated 90 degrees, so that the bottom of the desk is at the disk slot. Interestingly, the catalog number on the front was not also rotated with the photo of the desk, so it appears right-side-up when the jacket is positioned so the disc slot is at its normal spot on the left side (but the front and back images are in turn sideways).

Also unlike the UK cover, the US cover is not a gatefold, and the LP does not have a custom inner sleeve.

A1 is the only track with a right society listed for it (ASCAP). The other tracks all have "NONE" where the rights society is normally listed.
