Semi-official bootleg issued by Blast First subsidiary label Not in an estimated run of 2000 copies. This version has a machine-numbered textured sleeve and includes a glossy A4-sized 8-page booklet containing photographs and an essay by Steve Albini. An estimated 500 unnumbered, unauthorized copies were also issued with glossy sleeves.

Sometimes credited under the fake label "Walls Have Ears".

Side A recorded live in "Muncie Indiana", side B live in "MPLS & Clogland", both in 1986.
